Yes, CSA was developed by a small group of regular pioneers passionate about coding. We are actively engaged in SMPW and created the app to support our dear brothers taking the lead in this valuable activity.
Why do you charge for using Cart Scheduling Assistant?
We charge a minimal fee (about $1 per month) to help cover the costs of hosting and maintaining CSA. However, if anyone has a need and cannot afford the fee, we are happy to provide a complimentary account. We also offer free access to missionaries, Bethelites, and special pioneers. Does Cart Scheduling Assistant use online storage services (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive) to store data?
No, Cart Scheduling Assistant does not use third-party online storage services to store your data.
Will Cart Scheduling Assistant work for local cart activity?
CSA was specifically designed for SMPW scheduling and may not fully meet the needs of local congregation cart arrangements. That said, we are currently developing a version tailored for local cart activity and plan to release it soon.
Does Cart Scheduling Assistant collect personal publisher data?
We do not collect or store personal data about publishers. An email address for the brother using Cart Scheduling Assistant is requested so we can send login credentials. When using the app, you can enter names or even just initials—no additional publisher or personal information is required.
If I don't like it, can I get a refund?
Yes, if CSA does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Why is the app called Cart Scheduling Assistant, but the web address is cartshifts.com?
We chose the name Cart Scheduling Assistant because it clearly reflects the purpose and function of the app. However, we opted for a shorter and more memorable domain—cartshifts.com—since a longer URL like cartschedulingassistant.com could be cumbersome to type or remember. We hope this doesn’t cause any confusion, and we appreciate your understanding.
